Our chickens love grated cheese. They need protein...they have quit laying because of the cold.



Can u guess how many chickens are in the picture? It is tricky.

There are 4. Two close to the door in shadow. The white and black goofy one on the step, and the one on the grass. There looks like one right next to her, a black and white one, but it is her shadow.

They all look so content when the light was shone. We had Guinea Hens they were youngins and they would fly all over. Across the creek and up into tall trees. I guess we had about eighteen like the ones in the pic. They used the shelves of a cottage washroom and some branches we put in. That is where they slept.
