Staying fit on the road — what actually works for you?

I’m not aiming for anything extreme at my age, but I do try to stay fit while travelling.
Simple routines like light stretching, a bit of resistance work, and walking with a little support when I feel my balance shifting have helped me stay consistent.

I’d love to know what others do to stay active during trips. Hotel room workouts? Trail walks?
 

Trail walks, usually I look for the nearest parks. I also pack toning bar/bands and hotel stairs. Just getting any kind of movement in is always my goal.
