Sunglasses, do you like wearing them? For many wearing them is a part of ones essence~

I didn't use sunglasses for most of my life, because the sun didn't bother my eyes. I thought it was because I have brown eyes.

Then someone convinced me I should wear sunglasses. I wear them if it's convenient to do so (won't get fogged up, etc.).

I use the "disposable" safety sunglasses from the safety supply store. They cost just a couple of dollars, look good, feel good, and last forever.

I wear sunglasses everyday no matter if the sun is out or not. I feel more comfortable with them on. I keep them all in their case and have about 20 or so pair, which compared to this woman I date occasionally, who has about 3 or 4 shoeboxes full of sunglasses, is not very many. She doesn't care about her sunglasses as she just throws them in a shoebox. She told me it didn't matter because she buys most of her sunglasses at flea markets. We went to a flea market not too long ago and she bought 6 pair at 3 pair for $10. Why? Is this a fetish?

I wear the same three pair each summer, unless one breaks or cracks, then I replace.
Never have spent over $25 for a pair of sunglasses.

My everyday specs are photochromic. A photochromic lens is an optical lens that darkens on exposure to light of sufficiently high frequency, most commonly ultraviolet radiation. In the absence of activating light, the lenses return to their clear state.

But they are only for reading for other times I wear sunglasses, they cover a multitude of wrinkles.

Living in CO I wear mine more often than not. That, and being an honorary member of the "Blues Brothers" requires it. I was thrilled when RayBan started making prescription sunglasses a few years back, so I could return to my Balorama style wrap around shades for that too cool for school look. That and they keep my eyes from watering as badly.

Im wearing my prescription Sunglasses because my day to day glasses have worn out nose pincers and they hurt ,

I get people standing up and giving me their seat on a bus cause they must think im near sighted .

oh ya, You gotta look COOL! haha!

Think I already told this once. When my husband was alive, I bought
these big, round, "Audrey Hepburn" sunglasses! I thought I looked
like a movie star when I wore them! Held my head high, looked "bitchy!"
Showed them to my husband, posing in them, waiting for a compliment.

He said, "Makes you look like a giant MOSQUITO! hahaha!
