Jack Larson, forever typecast as the overeager cub reporter Jimmy Olsen on the 1950s television series Adventures of Superman, has died. He was 87.

I hadn't heard this. Just watched the morning news/entertainment shows and didn't hear them mention it (unless I missed).

RIP, cub reporter Jimmy.
 
Oh my goodness .87??... wow!! I still remember watching him on Superman when I was a child, he must have been as old as my father then, but he looked much younger. R.I.P, I'm sure many of us will still remember him as that young Cub reporter!!
