Sylvan Beach, NY

Where the Erie Canal meets Oneida Lake. I’ve mentioned several times this is where we spend our summers. A quaint old tourist town and a very old amusement park. Only 600 residents in the winter. Toward the end, where it shows the canal and bridge, we stay way up on left in a rv park. Just off the canal. Hope you enjoy this short film.

Thanks Pappy, Great video!

What is the small body of water to the right of the canal at the end of the video?

I used to enjoy the drive to Sylvan Beach in the summer for a nice meal and an adult beverage or two.

The problem was so did everyone else, they used to have some amazing summer traffic jams!
