Sadly I do too. My first encounter with a tattoo was at age four when my family was driving to visit my country grandparents and we stopped at a gas station. A little old man came out to pump gas and I saw he had a colorful tattoo on his very wrinkled bicep. He looked poor and careworn and was unkempt. From that moment I associated tattoos with financial impoverishment and lowliness even though it's not true, but I was just a tiny kid. The aversion has never left me and I've never gone near a tattoo parlor in my life.I neither love nor hate them. I just think they are tacky/low class.
