Tea Tree Oil and Forum Searches?

Someone posted about using tea tree oil for a toenail fungus. Can anyone point me to it.

Also, when I try to use search here is there a way to search for a phrase or specific words. Tea tree, ‘tea tree’ and “tea tree” don’t work. It only searches for tree because tea is too common a word.

Thanks for all the help. Now I just have to wait for @Mizmo to give me a reply. I want to know if it has to be diluted. Recently I just tossed a bottle and I don’t recall ever diluting it. I also don’t remember why I even had it.

Try searching for "tea tree"
I was going to say that it didn’t work for me. Realized I had done the original search or tea tree and then when I did it by “tea tree” it was looking within that search.

it's a good idea to do a patch test. Take a small amount of oil, dab it on your inner elbow, place a band-aid over it, and wait. If a light allergic reaction occurs, dilute the tea tree oil with olive oil or any other carrier oil.
Take a cotton ball or a tissue, add a few drops of oil, and swab all infected toes. Once you finish, allow your toes to dry on their own. Repeat the entire procedure twice a day for the next six months.

I applied the oil full strength to the nail once a day. Make sure you let it dry .
It is not a quick fix as the new nail has to grow which is slow but you will find it easier to clip the rotten old thing as it gets longer.
It was a good sight to see the new fresh nail coming in gradually.
I still give all of my toenails a dab with it once a month or so. Keeps them pliable and healthy.
I just can't cut them myself anymore with the bad hand situation and now I notice with old age harder to bend over.

By the way I got mine at Walmart.
