Ten days until area variance town board zoning meeting

Mr. Ed

Be what you is not what you what you ain’t

In ten days I may or may not get a permit to live in an RV for extended period of time while house is being restored after truck smashed into house. Insurance and RV dealer are agreed on cost and delivery. Our dogs are living in crates inside neighbors garage, I know they are getting tired of the small enclosures, but it’s the only option for now.
We bought a 5x5 PawCare kennel to put the 4 cats in while construction workers remove asbestos from 3 rooms. Plus they don’t need to be in the house with the work needed to reunite king with castle. Really though, I’m talking about 6-9 months before our house is habitual again.

I hope you are getting the rest you need to deal with all the change. Here is a nice pillow design for a peaceful rest. :)

Checking in to see how things are progressing.

Can you take the dogs for walks or have a dogie park nearby to work off the energy?

Best of luck with the final hurdle.
My wife wants to include all of the dogs, while in my opinion I believe Eidie most of my attention because she is growing and still a puppy. KitKat and Eidie are the most social while Shyla and Sadie prefer to stay close to home and away from strangers.
Plan to walk Eidie to the park late this afternoon when the sun cools down.

Mr. ED, you're holding up remarkably well. If this happened to me, I would have been down with a shot gun getting my damn permit, a week ago. They are permit crazy around here. Who would have thought you needed a permit to replace the front door?

A friend of mine had to live in a small rv for a year with 2 big dogs and 2 cats because of a similar situation. It was horrible.

I hope you can. What do they expect people to do. This is a nightmare for you. But you will get through it.

This was an issue in northern California when people were living in campers on their property after a filthy rich electric company burned their town down. All they had left was the property after their home was gone. My word, give people something to live in while they recover.

Wishing you and all the best through this.
