The terramation process optimizes the conditions for naturally occurring microbes and beneficial bacteria to break down the body over a 30 to 45 day period. The body is placed into a vessel which produces these conditions, which are a recreation of those found in the natural world. The end result is healthy soil which can be used for memorialization and conservation purposes.

What are your thoughts about terramation? (For the sake of discussion, pretend it's legal where you live.)

Didn't watch the video, but...

Not legal in my state. (posted before the OP changed the parameters).
Seems better than hermetically sealing remains in coffins and vaults.

I don't watch videos, without an explanation from OP. Don't be lazy !

It is a good idea, I think, for those who choose burial. I want to be cremated. Can't stand thought of body rotting, no sir! or ma'am. Fills me with dread. My husband, daughter, and several cats were cremated. My daughter's ashes I buried next to her grandfather's heart. The rest are available to mix with mine when the time comes. Then, my son has the unfortunate duty to decide what to do with them.

May it not happen to me for a long time, I have mistakes I must correct. Joys I want to experience.

Well, outside of mummification and cremation, natural organic degradation is what will eventually happen to any body. That process is extremely slowly happening in all cemeteries. The problem I see is if the body is embalmed, the embalming agents will leach through the soil.
