Thank You So Much For Your Condolences My Friends!

I'm posting this in it's own thread because sometimes thank you's get lost within original threads and I want everyone to see this. Normally I would tag respondents but there were so many. Your messages of condolences and your prayers have been a big source of comfort to me. Right now I also have literally hundreds of condolence messages to "react" and respond to on Facebook. For example, my son was finally able to post his tribute to his wife one hour ago and his post alone already has 101 comments.

It is doing my heart good to see how well loved my DIL is by so, so many. i'm glad I always let her know how much she was appreciated and we always ended our conversations with mutual "I love you's". I will go in and "react" (hit the Like or Loves) to your replies later but for now I want those of you who left messages of sympathy and are sending up prayers, as well as those who reacted with Sad emojis, to know how much you are appreciated Stay blessed, safe and well. Peace

i haven't commented at length on either site we're both on because i'm struggling with my own griefs and when i read about Tanya--well, firstly--i interacted with her on FB over the years and that makes it more personal and secondly, more importantly it made my heart hurt for you--if i'm not mistaken you have had more than one reason to mourn in the last few years and i know how that can have a cumulative impact on a person. Please know you and yours are in my prayers, i send you love and Light and the hope of comfort your faith provides.

I understand my dear friend. It hit Gloria very hard too when I called her and told her because they talked on the phone sometimes. Tonya always called her Miss Gloria and confided in her. So those of you in the group who interacted with her, naturally would feel her loss deeply. Thank you for always being here for me, no matter the situation

You, Gloria, Annie, Patti, Sam and a few others are the reason it bothers me when people use the phrase 'IRL' (in real life) as if those we communicate with are 'real' people. I've long thought that mindset is part of what alliws some people to be so unpleasant on social media.

I am grateful to have found my tribe back on Eons and stayed connected despite changes in the 'locale' of our 'village'.

Feywon, Gloria has been calling me every other day since Tonya died. She's been such a huge source of comfort. Annie called me a couple of times. "T" only called once but she's so busy that I literally don't know how she handles all she's got to do. She's producing a couple fo soncs now for others too. Yet she offered to do a video tribute to Tonya once I send her all the photos I'd like to use! Knowing you're here on SF is also comforting to me. You remember how excited I was when you joined.
