A very good night's sleep. Haven't been sleeping well lately.

My bloodwork from my physical came back and all the categories were labeled normal.

No legs pain today. So, I've been exercising like mad.
I think this is a great thread. It can contribute to a positive mood.

My wife went away until Monday. Unfortunately, she went on a shopping trip.

I saw my niece/god daughter, Katie, her husband, Zach & their son{almost 2yrs old}, Xavier,they came for a 45 min visit. It was great to see them last time I did so was in April.

The best thing to happen to be yesterday was my peeps being their awesome selves, taking over all my things so I could rest. They'd do that everyday if I needed. I don't, thank gods, but I love them for it.

I've been working on a very poorly written document. I got halfway through, checked the deadline, and realized it's due tomorrow, not today! So I'm going back to bed for a bit.

The best thing is I'm right on schedule --so far having a great productive morning,
If I keep this up, I'll make tomorrow morning's appointment at the clinic, knock on wood (Ouch! That hurt!).

Best thing today (yesterday) was that I was watching a live court trial, and it was at the sentencing stage, it had been a long drawn out trial and now it was a done deal, the murderer was banged to rights , and it was just a matter of the judge sentencing them to life without Parole... and their defence got up and started ramblng absolute nonsense ... and everyone knew it was nonsense, and so I was so tired of hearing it... I went into the spare room and started clearing out some snap storage boxes I've been meaning to clear for weeks.. and could still hear the trial going on in the connecting office room .... so I'm happy I got those done and off my list ...thanks to a murderers waffling defence lawyer...

BTW they still got a whole life without parole plus 2x 30 years sentences

The best thing to happen to me yesterday was receiving a surprise birthday gift from boyfriend, in the mail. He's a sweetie.


This isn't my set; (pictures are on my phone and I haven't uploaded them), but is the exact one. Boyfriend knows I love these characters and the movie. Now they're all positioned in front of my PC. Was a really fun little surprise in my day.

The best thing to happen yesterday was hanging out with boyfriend, laughing together, while I was working on my blog.

The best thing so far is that today is Chicken-Frying Day, so I get to make and eat a big Dutch Baby (similar to a Yorkshire pudding or a souffle or a big flavorful crepe). Yum! (burp)

The best thing is I got out of the house, drove, completed what I assigned myself plus an extra unplanned chore.
A good day all round. No snow yet.

Met up with a dear friend for our usual coffee. The barista is a lovely young man who always manages to put a lovely cream butterfly on the top. He likes to spoil us with different images. I then went to get a haircut. Never the same cutter who doesn't speak English and it's all done with hand movements how I want it cut. I get home and look at the back of my haircut with a mirror, and they never manage to get it straight, I then attempted to get it straight, and it looks like the Great Wall of China. Will
have to see my son tomorrow to get it right. .
