I am not a football person but I do try to watch the halftime show. It was always a big deal in my husband's family. There was always a party, all kinds of food. What are your superbowl traditions? What are the foods or snacks you have on game day?

I'm not as interested when my Dallas Cowboys are not in it. I remember when the Super Bowl started 2:30 in the afternoon. After it was over, you could sit down and have supper.

Guess I'm a Sports Fanatic.

Along with Music and old movies, one of my escape venues.
Will watch the Superbowl and don't have a 'dog in the fight'.
Just Entertain me.

My problem is my favorite event only happens every 4 years, so I have to fill the time with football. (event is America's Cup racing)

So next year I get racing from August to October!

This is a Superbowl that is worth watching! :)

I usually watch it because I enjoy watching football. I've often found the game itself is overshadowed by the circus going on around the actual game and that part of the Superbowl, I have no real interest in.

Yes, we will be watching the game. Hubby believes the the Chiefs will win and that is who he is rooting for. We really like Mahomes. But, since we are from PA, I've gotta support the Eagles. It should be a really good game!

I'm not into football, but my husband does watch the NFL during football season. We don't have any parties in my house, but he will be watching the game and I will be watching on and off with him. We're rooting for the Eagles to win.

Every year for the Superbowl, my husband charcoal grills St. Louis ribs and makes succotash with sweet corn, baby lima beans, peppers, onions. We usually have several days of food leftover.

Yep, we are all ready!

We live in KC and hope the Chiefs can pull out a win. We lived in Colorado during the Elway years...

It is really fun for a football family to live in a city with a Super Bowl quality team...

Go Chiefs!

I'll completely avoid the pregame hype. It almost makes the game an afterthought. I'll watch the game but not the half time show. I'm rooting for the Chiefs and Andy Reid. The Eagles fired him and it will be such sweet revenge when his team beats the Eagles. Mahomes puts on a great show by stretching plays with his improvisations.

I will be watching the game, but am totally neutral on the outcome from these two teams right now ..... I'll pick a side when the game gets going.

... @Chet has a point about Andy Reid and the revenge factor.

In general, I'm usually AFC, as I follow those teams more closely .... but the Eagles QB (Hurts) is getting a lot of airtime around here this week, since he's from the area.
Hope it's an entertaining game .... and I look forward to the commercials .... the ones that I can make sense of ! -
some can be so over the top ...o_O
