I don't see a legislative solution in a minimum wage that has a positive result. When the marketplace is hemmed in by regulations and laws it is simply counter productive. The inherent ambition to make a living by operating a business will create jobs and pay wages that tend to increase as growth occurs. Looke at the number of businesses that have closed their doors or moved to more regulatory and legislative friendly turf. Our highly enlightened social ideals prey simply on other peoples money which eventually runs out and reverses anything that resembles progress.
