The Final End Approaches!

We all have a date with destiny - the timing is just unknown.

Eight months ago, -> here, you told us "I credit the PC game Civilization VI with getting me to age 90. When I live inside that game I feel immortal."

As long as it seems to be working for you, just keep playing the game, and keep as active as you can, like with your daily walking.

I'm 91 years old and my own ending is approaching. Only 1 out of 8,000 lives to age 100. Thus, at 91 I'm getting close to my own ending. Medicine has never been able to find a Fountain of Youth so I must simply ACCEPT the coming end for me.
How do you know you aren't the 1 out of 8000 and continue beyond that? What prep have you done so that your fortune goes where you want it to?

For more than a century, neuroscience has treated consciousness as something the brain manufactures, like a factory turning neurons into thoughts. A growing cluster of theories now flips that script, suggesting consciousness might be woven into the fabric of reality and only concentrated, or filtered, by the brain. If that is right, what you and I experience as a private inner life could be a local ripple in a much larger cosmic field.

Death is nature's way of saying, Your table's ready, or as others have noted, it’s just the ultimate de-coffinated holiday. Life is like toilet paper: long and useful, but always ends at the wrong time.

The bad news is you’re falling through the air with no parachute. The good news? There’s no ground. When they say your life flashes before your eyes as you die, they just mean it's the final, ultimate binge-watch. If the universe is a cruel, uncaring void, it makes perfect sense to eat the pizza, wear the fancy pajamas, and absolutely not worry about your taxes.

Going to bed and hoping you’ll feel better in the morning is just the human version of turning it off and back on again.
The Best "Deadpan" Advice:

"I'm not afraid of death; I just don't want to be there when it happens" – Woody Allen.
"Always go to other people's funerals, otherwise they won't come to yours" – Yogi Berra/Mark Twain.
"Life is too important to be taken seriously" – Oscar Wilde.

Just wonder 'how to live so long on this Earth.' Any diet or good-nite sleep for your longevity? Or, any good purpose for?

I age, more annoying health issues popping-up and some time difficult to focus life I have. Dealing old age is not easy for me.

My late, dear friend passed away at age 94 and her last Xmas card she wrote was as if she's still in her 50s.
