each bird equal 5
each cone equal 4

1st line 6 shoes = 30
2nd line 2 birds = 10 + 2 shoes equal 20
3rd line each cone = 4 2 cones = 8 + 1 bird = 13
4th line 1 shoe =5 1 bird =5 1 cone = 4

answer is 14
