Finally a meme that expresses my relationship with "healthy greens." Calling Kale, Swiss Chard, Turnips greens, Dandelion greens, etc., what is is, steer food, earned me many an extra chore as a child. My folks couldn't grasp my logic of culinary recycling, my eating my greens, by eating an extra portion of beef. The steer ate the greens and then I ate the steer, so I got my greens, just second hand.
