The indestructible characters of entertainment

Sam and Dean Winchester - Supernatural

I lost count of how many times they died and came back to life :ROFLMAO:

and their faithful sidekick - Castiel ... but he was an Angel - does that count? ;-)
Saw a video last night Jensen who played Dean was asked by podcaster if he's ever had a real supernatural experience. He replied that maybe but they hit him different after his 15 yrs 'experience'. He says some unexplained 'bump in the night' is most likely to produce the reaction "You picked the wrong house, (expletive)!"

It's pretty easy for the camera magicians to elevate the scare factor of some otherwise meek persons. I'm glad that the stars can provide entertaining storylines, but that doesn't make them prolific genius's nor does it give them an undeserved a bully pulpit to preach to the world.

Jack Bauer - 24 He takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin!

Is that Kiefer Sutherland? I saw him in “Flatliners” and “Stand By Me” and a lot of other movies. He played as a bad boy in some of his films. I also liked his Dad, Donald in the movie “Outbreak,” “Animal House,” “Mash” and best of all “Ordinary People” with Mary Tyler Moore. I think they were from Canada. I believe they starred together in one movie, but I forget the title.

Yes, Kiefer Sutherland, son of Donald S. :) I am a fan of both actors as well. Both men have played good guys and bad guys. I would say "Eye for an Eye" with Sally Field was by far the worst bad guy I ever seen Kiefer play.

Always liked Donald. He was great in Klute and the remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers. I also liked his smile. For some unknown reason, I never could stand Kiefer, so never watched the highly touted 24. Then I read some things that he's done in public that indicate he's somewhat of a a-hole. Maybe I sensed that all along.

Yeah, seems to have a few personal issues. I try to learn as LITTLE as possible about actors/musicians/artists these day (as far as their personal life) - so I can have better options for what to watch on TV :ROFLMAO:
