The Worst Thing to Happen to Me Today

I know this sounds negative, but I love the, "Best Thing," thread and thought if there were a place to post the worst thing, maybe it would turn into an opportunity to see that the worst thing wasn't so bad.

Or just a place to vent. That works too.


So, the worst thing to happen to me yesterday (cause this day is new), was feeling really anxious (I get physical symptoms when it's bad) halfway through watching, Five Nights at Freddy's with daughter. Which, you know, I survived.

bless you. I don't think it's necessary to go to the hospital, I'm already being treated with antibiotics, and a Clenil Modulite inhaler, and painkilllers... ,,it just has to play out, it's only been less than a week.. and when I had pneumonia last time it took almost 3 weeks to clear up...

I'm just staying home as much as I can..thanks for your concern tho'... 🧡

It sounds bad but you are the best judge of your health. I will keep you in my thoughts.

Holly have you tried using a vaporizer? I always used one when my kids would have breathing problems, seemed to really help. There's even some additives you can mix into the water to create a more medicinal vapor.
 
I've caught the latest variant of Covid. It causes really severe pain in the nerves. I think each of us has a weakness and the virus seems to attack that weakness. This morning I felt well enough to go shopping and bought a small massager which I hope will help.

We understand. We have one where we buy groceries, and she and my hubby together even are a real hoot! He will stand in line just to have her check us out. Sometimes,little simple things can make your day.

Hard to describe. Sort of like a feeling like being low level electrocuted that is static, but also intensifies in surges. Sometimes it's so bad I have to kind of, "fold up" with the surges.

Also, I get agitated and panicky, sometimes feel like I can't breathe. The severity depends on whether it's bad anxiety or has moved into rolling panic attacks.
