Build a koi pond.
Buy a timeshare.
Start a gym, dojo or a restaurant.
Loan money.
A sleep study.
Plastic surgery.
Complain about dinner.
Talk politics at Thanksgiving dinner.
Tailgate.
Sleep in church. (Guilty)
Tear off the tag on a mattress.

I'm not guilty of any of those on the list. Prehaps you could make another list that has things that I am guilty of doing...

I bought a timeshare once. Just to get the free tv. next day I exercised my 3 day right of rescission. (Kept the tv). ;)
Do skin grafts for burns count as plastic surgery? (If so... then yes, had it).
I have Complained about dinner. (as a result, I go hungry a lot).
Loaned money. (never got it back).
Tailgate. If talking football or similiar, then yes. (if talking driving... then, yes).
Talk politics at Thanksgiving dinner. (luckily, wife has the same views as me).
Build a koi pond. Never, (but, I have built goldfish ponds twice).
Tear off the tag on a mattress. (everytime).

Here's something you can add to your list...
piss on an electric fence.

Never be a PITA on an airplane. It’s one of the biggest distractions there is, especially if the flight crew has to intervene. Causing chaos on a plane can also be dangerous to everyone onboard. This is why pilots will land and deplane anyone that acts out and causes a ruckus.
