This day in 1792 the NY Stock Exchange began to do business. Just imagine managing investments if there was no stock trading.
And just imagine if we still had to do all the trades by phone and paper. When I was disposing of my parents things there were so many little stock trade paper slips. Also a stock certificate though I think that it was long ago converted to not use the paper certificate (I.e., was without value now).Just imagine managing investments if there was no stock trading.
