Oh good gracious, then please stay away from Florida, for cryin' in a bucket... alligators everywhere and I don't want to see you on the national news for having hugged one since it was moving! 🐊 May want to stay away from vipers, cobras, and boas, too... just can't let some people unsupervised! 🐍 😮

Well, okay, you got me, Kate! That'll teach me to shoot off my big mouth! I shouldn't have included cats either. They usually try to squirm their way out of my arms before I can administer an effective hug! Well, tell the truth, some men have done that as well! :LOL:

I think most of us do, @OneEyedDiva, it turns into an addiction after a while. I have been trying to read a book all afternoon and am stopping every twenty minutes to see what's new in the forum re. posts I have made or watched! But since it's a fun distraction, no harm in that except for the disappointment if a lengthy, weighty and important post one has made goes unanswered or un"like"d! :ROFLMAO:

If your checking this site every 5 minutes, you got a problem. I check it once a day and when I travel I don't check it for days. I believe all those checking their phones every few seconds have one awful addiction problem.

Well, @Packerjohn, as usual I exaggerated! I normally wait a full ten minutes before checking! :LOL: And it's not a phone I am checking, it's my computer. For lack of something better to do I usually spend my daytime waking hours in front of it.

And, yes, once again I am wildly exaggerating when I write that I am waiting all of ten minutes. Make no mistake, since I live by myself I have become an addict to the people in this forum, but I don't spend all of my time checking my "ratings!"

I have a good time reading what others have to say and most of my posts are meant to be funny, but since you don't know me, and couldn't know this, I don't expect you to burst out into wild and uncontrollable laughter every time you come across one! Just pretend to see a smiley after most of my drivel! I hope you are having a pleasant evening, John! 🍁

If you want to know your batting average here on the forum ( are you a great, good, average, below average batter/poster), divide your Reaction score, by the #of messages. It shows when you hover with the mouse over your avatar. :LOL:

No way! I'm too sensitive to look! In any case, I am convinced that my batting average is great and I'll stick with that! :LOL:
