This is Both Funny And Pathetic - Covid Statistics

I just got off the phone with an ex girlfriend's 25-year-old son. We chatted about Covid-19. He's a little bummed out because he likes to play basketball with friends & they're closing basketball courts.
His girlfriend works in a place that required her to take a Covid-19 test. While she was in the doctor's waiting room, she got an emergency call & she had to leave without taking the test. She told the receptionist she would call to make another appointment.
A couple of days later, she got a call from the doctor's office. They told her her test was positive & she had to come in right away & they were required to notify her employer that she tested positive & she wouldn't be allowed to go to work.

I doubt it's an isolated incident. Makes me wonder about those "Spiking" numbers they keep reporting.

One incompetent worker in a doctor's office, and you're ready to dismiss all the worldwide statistics about a raging pandemic, eh?
Since it gives you comfort, feel free to consider it an isolated incident. :)
Any medical personnel in your family?

If she was required to take the test and then left without taking it, the office was probably obligated to notify her that she must come in.

I doubt there was an automatic call that said, "since you were stupid and walked out without taking the test, you must come in and get tested now", so the best a busy office might be able to do was tell her to come in.

It's like.........there's something wrong.......

Or police officers!๐Ÿ˜‚

Keesha, if I were to answer any of Win's nonsense seriously, I'd have to give him all the job resumes of everybody I'm related to! That would make everything I said instantly suspect, as of course I couldn't have any original ideas of my own. All my values, judgements, and preferences are dependent on what jobs my family has! ๐Ÿ˜„

But just in case you're really interested, Win, the answer is no, I don't have any medical personnel in my family, that I am aware of.

No, not all your values & judgements are dependent on what jobs your family has. Most are dependent on your robotic programming, ignorance & intolerance for any opinion that you don't agree with.
