Two points - one, the video is accelerated and two, I've seen worse in Athens but it was at night during a thunderstorm and all the electricity was out. Hubby and I watched the chaos from our hotel room and were highly entertained until the power came back on.

Ethiopia has 9 UNESCO world heritage sites. I'd like to visit. I've only had a layover at the Addis Ababa airport.
When my husband volunteered to train teachers in Africa he was offered a position in Ethiopia. He turned it down because of the job, because of the stifling heat, and because the house we'd be given to live in had 24 hour security guards. Umm...no thanks. Uganda was a much better and safer choice.

During my service time I was stationed in Germany, a member of our ops staff was an arachnophile (?). He was an odd little duck, loner, linguist (his field), intelligent. He used to travel all over Europe on spider hunting trips, mostly by himself go figure. On one particular trip he spent 2 weeks in Ethiopia, collecting exotic specimens. I never went in his room as most other barracks mates who declined the offer. He later was arrested & charged with window peaking, it appears that his visits to the dependent housing area early in the mornings were a cover for his voyeurism.
