Happy Fall Equinox!

Today is the perfect fall day for me. It started to cool off last night so we turned off the A/C & opened the windows. When I woke up it was overcast & nice temperature outside. About 15 minutes ago it has started to rain which is much needed.

I still need to get a few things out to take over to a friends for our garage sale & then I'll sit on the porch & enjoy the weather.

I like the cool, crisp sweater weather, drinking hot drinks and being warm and toasty inside, not having to go anywhere. And when I choose to venture out, I like bundling up and braving wind chills, knowing that I can return to my cozy home nest whenever I want to.

I live in the far north of Western Australia, Indigenous countryside - some broken and some healing. I Once read that around these parts the 'locals' recognize 7/8 different seasons - I've never learnt them all??
