I like this plan, but I would put the bedrooms on the outside so there would be windows. The baths would be in the center back to back as well as the walk in closets which I would put a pocket door in the wall for. The closest on the back of the house I don't think are needed & I'd either add that space into the bedroom or somehow add that space into the kitchen area for pantry space.
