Thanks for this! Yes, visiting the JFK Museum in Dallas was fascinating. We lived here for years before we visited, and it was worth every minute spent there. We didn't, however, wait on the Grassy Knoll for JFK Junior to arrive. As am I. Glad I finally took the plunge from lurking to contributing in some small way.
Speaking of: UV digitized and released these rare recordings of Dallas PD's transmissions covering the JFK assassination.

Just want to let you know, that I am a former stand-up comedian. And one of the voices I do, is, yes...Mickey. Now, I am a big guy...6' and 200 plus pounds. And that high voice coming from this creature...well, it is pretty funny.
I can only do a few phrases, it's hard on my throat. Maybe some day I can figure out how to do it without affecting my throat, so I can do it longer. I think I can probably go a good 2 minutes. But not more than that.
It's fun to do normal things in that voice. Oh, you know, like read some legalese from a business contract.
When I see a little kid with a Mickey T-shirt, I have often done the voice. Making a little kid smile is the best...better than a strong night on stage...
Anyway, welcome to the group...

My buddy went to Brown with him. My buddy is quite a smart, high IQ guy. He said something like, JFK Jr. was dumb as a table...but a very very very nice guy. My buddy did not tolerate fools and generally did not like dumb folks...but he was actually very impressed by JFK, Jr. and how nice of a person he was. I mean the "dumb as table" thing was not literal, just him joking around. You know, my buddy probably graduated at the top of his class at Brown, whereas JFK Jr. was smart enough to get into Brown (I didn't)...but, you know, more of a guy who graduated in the middle of the class...maybe a guy with a 130 IQ, whereas Gordo was in the 160s or something...
