The masked guy's mouth belongs to the guy on the left, imo.

I doubt she’s alive. I think “kidnapping” was a cover for murder. I think the videos they’ve been showing are a “red herring” created by the murders to throw the police off. I think Ann and her husband are guilty. Motive, means, opportunity. “Motive” in this case most likely related to money in some fashion. Perhaps they demanded money and she refused and things got out of hand? We won’t know until we know. I’m sure the police/FBI have a good idea of who is guilty but they won’t share it with the press and jeopardize their case.

Not sure I can post this....it's an opinion from someone on FB.
What do they gain from her death, though? I know nothing about these people - did the missing lady have relatives besides Ann and her husband in line to inherit whatever assets she has/had?

I was thinking that all along especially after they arrested the guy in California for the false ransom demand.

If not the sister and brother in law could've been a burglary or home invasion gone awry which means non family probably contactors who noticed something of value while there. But that is still at the top of list.

(c/p): The man being questioned by law enforcement was detained by the Pima County Sheriff’s Department during a traffic stop south of Tucson, the agency said tonight.

"The subject is currently being questioned in connection to the Nancy Guthrie investigation," the department said.

The department did not immediately release additional information about the man, and it remains unclear whether he is the person seen in the security video the FBI released earlier today.

This may have started out as a robbery that went terribly wrong.
As I'm catching up on all the overnight news, I'm starting to think the same thing. It *would* explain why he was in the house for 40 minutes before... what? I guess her pacemaker stopped reporting at a certain time? He's in the house, she catches him. At least with an abduction for ransom there would be *some* hope, even if small.

Oh yeah... now that I think of it, that brings up another point. There was blood. Why would someone who wanted to hold her for ransom harm her at her home before taking her? Pieces are coming together now and I hope my thoughts are on the wrong path.

There is always the possibility that it is linked to someone who worked at the house or was related to someone who did. I hope Mrs Guthrie is alive but it doesn't look hopeful. :(

When Savannah came out this last time by herself and spoke I thought, "They're closing in on someone."
I felt some hope or relief (?) in her voice and I felt they put her out there to sway the perp that they had no leads while they were closing in on him. Maybe.
