I just made Sugar fee strawberry Jelly ( Jello)... I rarely ever eat Jelly.. but I just fancied it tonight with some ice-cream... so I got all the 6 sachets of Jelly out of the cupboard that I bought last month.. and they were ALL 2 years out of date.. ..not that I bought out of date jelly.. just that time goes so fast..I thought I'd just bought them recently... wow!

Anyway.. I made one up anyway..it's only Best before.. not Use By...so I'll be happy when the jelly sets, and I can have it with strawberry ice-cream for supper..
