I decided to make some cookies/treats for my dog with my own stuff in my own kitchen. I know enough to know my ingredients are safe and good for dogs. I didn't measure, but eyeballed stuff and they came out great!
1 lb Ground 93% lean turkey
An Egg
Peanut butter (all natural, Xylitol free)
Canned pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
Greek yogurt, plain
Little bit Flour
Little bit Ground flax seed
Rolled oats
Patted small lumps of mixture down into small, thin dabs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
In the oven for about 40 minutes at 325f, cooled on a rack.
Got about 46 "cookies". She loves them, and they taste fine to me, too.
I will pack individual sandwich bags of 7 or 8 for the freezer.
