Now this really got me. Long story less long. Our health insurance provider changed. My doctor that prescribe muscle relaxers do not accept my new insurance. I chose to pay out of pocket..they said they will bill me. Received the bill. Called my insur company to see how to file a claim directly with them. The rep talked me halfway through it. Everything was going smoothly UNTIL I came across a question asking if I am filing a claim for reimbursement for at home Covid test. The only choices were: No, not sure or Yes. I chose, No, not sure. I was not able to continue. Called the insur company back- rep stated...you have to choose Yes - I was like but I am not filing a claim for at Home Covid test.. she said I understand but you have to choose yes to continue.
Sure enough.. I clicked on Yes and was able to continue filing my claim... WHAT IN THE WORLD...

Made me wonder how many claims are processed in that manner without our knowledge.
