Depends on how far I want to walk. There are gas station type convenience stores that, according to Google Maps is half a mile away. Closest full-on grocery store is 1.4 miles away, or a 22 minute walk.

Probably not. Not in the old-fashioned sense, anyway. But I did enjoy Long Story Short, a very funny animated series. And Hacks might be considered a sitcom, sort of. Also, The Kaminsky Method was a great series with a lot of humor, not sure if you could call it a sitcom.
