Hi. I’m 72 and in pretty good shape for my age playing a lot of golf and working out. When up north in the summers I golf with a push cart and am having a harder time keeping my endurance up. Some of my rounds on hot days burn close to 2000 total calories. I walk a inclined treadmill to mimic my golf and weight lift. This past year I’ve incorporated electrolytes and nutrition through the round of golf.
i’m looking to see if anyone has had a similar experience and found a fitness program that successfully increased their endurance.
