I am looking for some cheap tools to make my old image files higher resolution. Ive only seen recoveryai.pro and phot.ai and they are good but I was wondering if there are some better tools available.

Good or cheap? Pick one 
Photoshop is pretty good at increasing file resolution but not as good as dedicated packages.
I'd say Gigapixel by Topaz is supposed to be the best - it depends how cheap you think cheap is. It's $99.
How many images to you have?

Damaged is an interesting word for old worn pictures. I was able to restore and old partial picture of my Mom before she died. I forget how she looked sometimes. IT turned out fantastic, with an online AI program I found in a Google search.
