I was born as one half of a twin. Both of us are were still born, 8 weeks premature, my twin brother didn't make it .
I've known many sets of twins in my life, went to school with several pairs of twins too...

My cousin's daughter had twins, one girl and one boy. They are twins but not identical, for obvious reasons.
One of my girlfriends had twin boys who appeared identical, but if you looked closely, one had slightly different eyebrows.

I had no idea holly. Im so sorry you lost your twin brother. Clearly twins CAN be both male and female. I figured so but wasn’t sure. A google search confused me more. Lol I’m glad you made it holly.

My husband is a twin. Twins are either identical (from a single egg that split) or fraternal (from two separate eggs).

I married my first husband at 18, but we were divorced. My current husband is the twin and no, they never played tricks on me. I can tell them apart easily.

My only children are a pair of identical twin boys. Now adults. Both successfully employed.

Keesha, I don't remember if they played any tricks on us but I'm pretty sure they did on some of their friends.
Can't remember if we ever got them mixed up. Probably did one time or other.
Oh yes. You have mentioned before that you had twins but I did not know you were a twin.
The twin thing must be genetic to some extent I assume.
Did your twins play any tricks on you? Do you have any fun stories you can share?
At 95 I am amazed you can still remember your name let alone answer posters questions. Lol.

I had a twin ,but unfortunately my Mom lost him in our 4th Month. She then had to go on bed rest until I was born for fear she would lose me too.

How cool. I discovered they have the same DNA from movies I’ve watched. Murder mysteries involving twins gets complicated.
