I don't understand why it is so important whether or not our embassy is in Jerusalem. That city is the capital of Israel, so it seems to me, as a naive American, that it's probably where the embassies should all be. But for some reason, this Jerusalem vs. Tel Aviv argument seems to have enormous significance. Why? Does anybody know?
