U.S. provided support to Israeli forces in rescue of 4 hostages in Gaza

Here's what comes through from the anti-Israel contingent:
Palestinian militants such as Hamas do not represent all Palestinians, who are basically just ordinary people wanting to live their lives in peace. The violence, torture, and death unleashed on them is indescribably evil. The rest of the world should support all things Palestinian, and should suppress the enemies of Hamas, particularly the state of Israel, which was somehow stolen from the Muslim population back in 1948, even though there was no state there until Israel was established as the only free, democratic, and secular state in the region.

And from the right-wing Israeli contingent:
Israeli militants believe that Israel belongs to the Jews because God gave it to them. Netanyahu is their idol, and their politics veer toward the far right. They support the right wing of American politics. They believe that the appropriate response to genocidal attacks against Jews is to commit the same kind of genocide against Palestinians as a punishment.

There seems to be little hope that either side will see the light of reason. And discussions about how many Palestinian lives are worth how many Israeli lives brings to mind the great George Orwell, in The Animal Farm:

"All animals are equal. But some animals are more equal than other animals."
You are also missing a large part of the story. 50+ years of abuse, murder of all ages including toddlers, home invasions after midnight, food and water deprivation in Gaza and the W. Bank, theft of homes and farms, etc. Palestinians may not have had an official nation there, but they are the indigenous people of the region for generations, including after the Jews abandoned it. It's like saying, the violence perpetrated against the American Indians and First Nation people of Canada is acceptable because they weren't an official nation or that the violence perpetrated against the black people brought to America was acceptable because they also weren't a nation anywhere.

The Israeli's could start this situation on the road to peace if they admitted that the Palestinians are humans who deserve the same rights and freedoms that the Jews enjoy. It would take a long time before the Palestinians would ever trust them, but that would be a beginning. Just like the black people of America didn't trust white Americans for generations, but there had to be a start.

Hasn't the UN condemned the Zionist and Hamas regimes after investigation of their genocidal atrocities and war crimes?
The UN has tried on numerous occasions to enact resolutions against Israel at least 43 times over the years but the USA vetoes them every time so that they escape punishment for all kinds of human rights abuses. And it was the ICJ that has written warrants for the arrest of Netanyahu, one other guy in his cabinet and three Hamas leaders as a result of October 7th and since.

I would guess because they know Hamas has pledged to never stop fighting until From The River To The Sea becomes reality.
Actually, Hamas changed its charter in 2017 (to sort of recognize Israel's right to exist by) calling for a Palestinian state within the recognized 1967 borders. 2017 Hamas charter - Wikipedia.

The real reason Israel doesn't want peace is because it's their goal to drive Palestinians out of the country and the method is to make their lives so miserable by either the continued abuse and oppression and theft of land or by killing them. Their own words throughout all these past decades prove that accusation completely. This link is a collection of statements made by all the founders and leaders over many, many years.....http://www.thehypertexts.com/Zionist%20Quotes.htm

One of the main sticking points too has always been that they won't allow any of the Palestinian refugees who fled to Jordan and Lebanon in 1948, to return to their homes in (Israel) because they fear being outnumbered. I believe it was over 700,000 Palestinians who fled because they were afraid of being massacred.

At this point, the saying 'from the river to the sea' for many Palestinians and protestors has become a call for freedom for all Palestinians, to live there with equal rights and freedom to make their own decisions instead of under the thumb of Israel and the IDF. The new charter expands on that idea.
