I love old houses. Abandoned ones have always piqued my interest. I've seen a few that sat in a beautiful location that I would have loved to fix back up.

I think it’s $375,000 too, after the renovations. They did a good job, except for the kitchen. Doesn’t suit the house and isn’t practical for working in.

The stove is almost impossibly placed --under a window and directly butted against the sink, but it's a beautiful kitchen.

I love looking at other people’s homes, especially the ones that are for sale.

I sometimes watch Unsellable Houses on HGTV. They spend a lot on renovation but come up with some good looking properties. Of course the elaborate staging doesn't hurt. With most of those rehab programs it seems that the knocking down of walls and adding more windows seems to make the greatest difference.
