Why do drivers attempt to drive thru flooded streets then stall and wait for help,you can see these idiots sitting on top of their vehicles. Do they think "if that truck can get thru that deep water then my car can too."
I laugh when I see them going fast through the flooded road hoping to make it to the other side then stall,do they actually believe no water can reach the carpeted floor?
