tore up a perfectly good airplane. Wonder who was at fault there? Probably an uncontrolled airport, but someone should have known they were skydiving. And once the parachutist is out of the plane, he has to come down somewhere.

It'll cost a pretty chunk to repair that place.

The pilot should have looked before taking off. Parachutist has almost zero control at that altitude.

Doesn't a skydiver have an intended landing spot in mind before he jumps, and the runway of an airport isn't a good choice.
