I have Windows 10, too. Did you click on the little down arrows next to headings in the start menu? Also in settings, look to see if all of your apps are in the start menu.Just for the "heck" of it .... I decided to try as you suggest ..... I cannot find the catagory / any of the catagories you noted in any of my menues. ? I have looked in "settings" ... "system" ..."tools" , etc. Everywhere i can think of.
My system is "windows 10 " .
Or maybe your Windows needs updating. That's in the settings menu. The thing to watch for is that if you download Windows 11, that you want to do it. It seems pretty easy to download Windows 11 by mistake.
Otherwise, download some of the free programs I mentioned and run them.
