Walking in a Bouncy Energetic Way May Improve Your Mood

Another point.. I always have had great posture.. however, lately, when I look at my reflection I see that I have been walking with my shoulders forward. So I now consciously straighten my back and push out my chest to stand straighter. No dowagers hump for me...
 
I'd try it for sure, especially on a gloomy cold winter day - even if it's walking around the house. I always feel better when I've been out walking too.
 
I always try to walk in a brisk and springy manner. It not only puts me in a good mood but to any observers it dispels any negative thoughts they may have about wonky octogenarians.
