Well good for you doing what you can. Exercise, any exercise, is better than not.I don't jump on the rebounder. I step back and forth and do leg curls and kicks, etc. -- as in a gentle aerobics class -- for 30 minutes a day.
Do you have arthritic knees? Or something else? Sorry if I seem nosey, but after my surgery I think a lot about knees...
