Wanna lose weight?

Don't do it like I did. I weighed 204 2 months ago. Hospital and heart problems came along and I now weigh 155. Howdy folks!!
 

Excess weight is probably the Number One reason for health problems as we get older. Staying within the recommended BMI numbers, eating moderate proportions, and getting a fair amount of exercise, goes a long way towards making retirement and aging tolerable. Filling the calendar with doctor appointments, and scheduling pills throughout the day is a miserable way to spend the Golden Years.
 
Amazing but enough is enough it's time to get back into the game!!!

It's a shame that you had to suffer through so many health problems Jim, but I guess it's good that you dropped some pounds. You seem to be at a good point now, try not to lose any more weight though. :love_heart:
