Watching Programs About The Paranormal.

I watch a lot of programs dedicated to the paranormal. A question I have is when people observe a door opening or a chair moving, etc. why don't they pull out a pen & paper and tell the spirit to draw something anything? I saw one about a local family where a chair in the kitchen was moved. The young husband put it back and almost immediately the chair was moved again. It was obvious the spirit was in the room so why not ask it to draw or write something? If it is a door why not secure the door so it wont open and wait and see what happens? If and I mean "if" spirits exist what does that say about creation itself? Why are they condemned to eternity inside a basement or attic or whatever? To me that is scarier than the concept of Hell or Heaven.

If there is enough paranormal activity going on that they can make many TV shows about it, then I have to realize that it's all a ploy to make a lot of money.

Those are just more theories.

Some of it may be real. I think some of it is young people with real good editing skills.

Just like Jedi kittens.

I once saw on a heartily burning fire something that looked like a tangled clump of hair moving up and down like you'd expect a clump of hair to move in a draft. But this was a fire. Why didn't the hair just burn up? Because it wasn't hair at all. It was some weird release of smoke and gas from the burning fuel. I never saw it before or since and can honestly say I had a hard time believing it wasn't hair because that's exactly what it looked like.

Some spirits do spell out messages on a Oiji (sp?) board.
I have a good friend that claims when she was 19 while messing with a Oiji board it spelled out the first and last name of the man she would marry. I know her guy very well too. This lady is 38 now and has not withdrawn that claim. I mean she says the spirit spelled his name exactly. Very strange.
