Water, how many glasses do you drink daily?

Ahh, but it is harder to ignore things if you're also passionate about them. But i get your point, we don't have attend argument open to us.

Ah but .... issues we are most passionate about should for sure be debated/disscussed ... and those less passionate should just learn to ignore .... No ? ...........;)

Debated, discussed (part of why the USA is in the position it is in these days is that too many people want to deny our true history and cling to myths of American Exceptionalism instead of looking at reality--which would bring a lot of hard discussions)--but civilly--calling each other names accomplishes nothing good.

i'm on Tribel too and there political discussions common--and frankly i see folks from both ends of political spectrum being very uncivil to others, see that on FB too. Even when i agree with someone's opinion/stance on an issue--i get put off if they quickly resort to insults, assumptions and refusing to acknowledge anything the other is saying that is right/factual. So i kind of like having a site i can come to where political discussions limited/monitored. Even tho i know i can and often do ignore some posts--sometimes due to topic, sometimes due to Personalities involved.

I would never insult you [or any one] but even you noted "ignore" but ignoring the issue [in these times] IMO is just a mistake. Ignoring [me] if someone chooses to .... I understand.

I maybe drink 50-60 ounces. I drink more in the early part of the day. I only drink my recommended 90 ounces if I am working outside in the summer - I might even drink more than that. I truly don't think I need to be drinking as much as some recommend otherwise!

And if I start guzzling water in the evening, I will be at the bathroom throughout the night. I watch my urine color - if clear then OK, if dark drink more water.

I am going to have to stick with 'five' 8-ounce glasses of water, more than and along
with my other fluids, 8 oz coffee, two 8 oz glasses milk, seems to be my limit or I will
literally burst.
