We got a slew of tiny fuzzybuddies?

I just noticed that on the avatars of the original posters thread is a bunch of tiny "fuzzybuddies"- my avatar in the lower corner. Every thread I posted in has one. Is this new. or I haven't noticed that in the last 8 years?

Suspect this is a way to let us know we've already commented once on thread, because some, lke welcome or birthday threads one is not likely to comment on repeatedly.

If you comment on a thread your icon shows up in the bottom right/small.

Whenever I reply to a thread, my little avatar is there. Handy, because sometimes I forgot if I had replied.

Go to what's new and scroll to something you know you commented on like this thread. Of course, device my matter-cause on a phone even the OP's avatar is likely tiny.

Weird and no-one else sees your avatar small in corner of OP's, we just see our own. Was thinking maybe has to do with notification settings but couldn't' find on profile page.

Click on a forum, like General Discussions, and scroll down through the various threads while looking on the right. You'll see your icon in a tiny circle at the bottom of the icon of the member who posted the thread.

Yes, it sounded to me too, that those are ones that are only shown to you,
in order for you to quickly and easily identify threads you yourself have interacted with, or that you posted; and those do not show on anyone else's. Their own shows on theirs.

Unless it's something else, altogether , than what I understood the OP to mean.

I only see one of my avatar on my threads and replies to others.
