I like the nostalgic smell and taste of instant coffee. Takes me back to the days of Sanka and the introduction of freeze-dried coffee. I was young and not drinking any of it then but the orange Sanka jars and the instant coffee commercials made me feel warm and cozy. I keep a jar of instant now to enjoy along with my ground coffee.
