I am jealous. How come everyone I know can drink coffee, and I can't. It gives me such bad heart burn, that I have chest pains. I have tried on several different occasions to have a cup. Sometimes it will last a few days and then I start getting sick. I was wondering if caffeine can become a health problem for some and found that there is even a Caffeine Anonymous Association. Yep. People have to get help when they have a problem with this drug. It surprised me, but it looks like this is not an insignificant portion of the population. It is about 1 out of 10 people who have caffeine use disorder. At least I know I am not alone in this terrible disease. I just have to remember to keep paying my dues. :)

Have you tried decaf?

Have you tried drinking decaf? It doesn't have the acid producing properties of the leaded versions.

Coffee used to do that to me until I made it weaker and changed brands, too.
