Sounds great you can sleep after drinking that. I didn't sleep all night because I had strong coffee ☕ late in the day. I will get some sleep though eventually 😴😃

Yes, I usually can but I don't drink it every evening. Last night I was actually up till 3:30am playing on the computer. Not sure if it was the cappuccino or something else that snuck in. It does vary when and if some things will affect me. I've been a decaf drinker for years, but I still try not to drink anything after 3pm that could keep me awake at bedtime. 😳
