Well, ladies what do you think of my purchase today??

I have been putting this off for a long time. Bathing suit buying is very depressing to me. You can't hide anything under a bathing suit. I tried on one of those 2 piece suits. The top half was fine but I have no idea how you would keep the bottom half from falling off. Then came the one piece without the skirt. I looked like a human beach ball. So I ended up with the skirt type like I have always worn in my later years. At least it is comfortable and it passed my daughters inspection so I guess itbathing suit online use(800x600).jpg's ok. Do you have problems finding a bathing suit?

I like it. I would wear one like that. Yes, I have problems finding a bathing suit. I got a real big long one last year! I haven't even tried it on yet.

Oh that is beautiful! For as often as I go in the water I wear a bikini bottom, bra and t shirt. Not the most sexy getup but it's comfortable.

I think it's cute Ruth, nice choice! Same two colors as mine, but mine is mostly black. I used to wear french cut bikinis in my younger days, but in my senior years I'm going with the one piece. I don't swim that much, don't care for pools and just like ocean swimming.

Last one I bought for myself was around ten years ago. It was pricey and I bought it online, because I couldn't find one in the stores I was happy with. Apple shaped here too, and went with a Carol Wior suit that has some spandex type figure control. No skirt, but it had enough coverage on the leg openings for me. Only complaint is the lining in the bra area always eased it's way up when I was in the water, and I was always shoving it back in (beige color). That made it a pain to wear, although overall it looked okay.

Thank you ladies, I'm glad you like the swim suit. I will be trying it out in a few weeks at a water park in VA. with my daughter, son in law, and my two Grandsons 5 and 8 years old. I would prefer a lake but for them a water park is much more fun. Not so sure Grandma is going down any water slides though. lol Recovering from Lyme disease just in time. I couldn't go out in the sun because of the antibiotics but by the time we go I won't be sun sensitive anymore. I'm glad I bought a more conservative suit. I don't want the boys getting an eye full of old Grandma. They still might be a bit young for that but the way the world is today, you never know.

Usual attire for me is old shorts & T-shirt.
We haven't gone boating in years.

Hubby's shoulders are messed up bad enough that's its hard for him to get back into boat , once he gets out.
With just 2 of us in the boat it becomes job of getting truck, trailer onto the ramp & someone to get boat onto trailer.
